Returning Student Registration Fee (non-refundable): $200 (by February 21st); $300 (beginning February 22nd)
New Student Application Fee (non-refundable): $200 (between January 31st-February 21st); $300 (beginning February 22nd)
Parent Organization Fee (per family): $25
Parent Service Hourse (per family): 20 volunteer hours per year or $25/hour
Safety Fee (per student) – ASR System & Cameras/Mounting: $75
Resource Fee (per student) – Yearbook, Field Trips, Instruction Materials, Clubs, Electives, Technology: $400
OPTIONAL FEES
Extended Day Hours: 3:00 – 6:00pm; $10/day
Payment Option: We offer a FACTS Tuition monthly payment plan with payments budgeted over a 10 or 11-month period from July through April or May. Payments are automatically withdrawn from your checking account on the 10th or 20th of the month. There is a one-time annual charge of $50 to use this service. FACTS accounts are set up when enrolling. Payment plans begin July 2019.
Sibling Discount: A 5% sibling discount is given to families that have multiple siblings enrolled concurrently at the school. The discount only applies to tuition and not to any other fees. The oldest sibling is not eligible for the 5% discount.
PK-4 – VPK program: Students that turn 4 before Sept 1st are eligible to participate. Parents need to apply online at http://www.elcsle.org. The certificate of eligibility must be signed by the parent and submitted to the Admissions department to receive a tuition adjustment.
